Not sure if you all saw the report on the news about the Oakland airports continuing, what amounts to harassment, toward military members coming back from Iraq. I copied the report in my note and hope you all will watch it. Please pass it along to anyone you know who might also drop someone a line or call to have changes made for this airport. Pray that those men and women know how much we do support and care for their efforts and sacrifices, but also please act on their behalf and let everyone know that this is not the way we should be treating our troops…any of our troops!

Ok! Folks! Here we go again! This report should infuriate you…
it should make you angry enough to call someone, write to your
senators and representatives and whoever else can and will do
something about this situation. Watch the report and you decide.
It shouldn’t matter if you are for the war or against the war, we
always need to support our troops. They are there to support us,
that’s you and me… even if you don’t like them.

Please drop them a line and let them that you will not be using
their airport until the Marines have received an apology and their
rules have been changed to respect and welcome our men and women of
all branches of the military.
